We reap what we sow. The MOM garden becomes a living classroom where we cultivate collaboration, entrepreneurship and gardening skills, and we teach subjects such as art, math, nutrition and science. Visit us at Minnestrita’s farmer’s market every summer!
Students learn to invest real money in the stock market to consistently outperform the financial experts.
Pathways to Success
We provide students with “college knowledge” and demystify advanced education through field trips, mentoring, programming and more. With your help, we prepare the next generation for greatness.
Boys and Girls Club, the Buley Center, and Motivate Our Minds join together each summer to create an engaging summer program for all Muncie students who want to “learn, play, and aim higher.”
Our scouting programs build character, civic engagement, discipline, entrepreneurship, leadership and teamwork. At only 15 years old, twins Jayniah & Jayron McGee earned their Eagle Scout badges after many years of hard work and service, culminating in their landscaping and hard-scaping project for Shafer Chapel.
Prelude at MOM
We are excited to partner with the Youth Symphony Orchestras of East Central Indiana (YSOECI) to provide small group lessons in violin, viola, cello, and bass. Learning and practicing stringed instruments teaches students of all ages concentration, confidence, discipline and math skills. Join us for our recital every spring!
